Didn't have a "version" for updates so I'm calling this 1.0. Update includes:
- The "Goon" NPC pattern. The previous TI/AT NPC is now a type of Goon.
- Tier scaling for the NPCs instead of locking them to T1.
- Complete LCPs for both the Goon and the Titan Drill!
